​ “La Olma” is and agricultural company from La Mancha (centre of Spain) specialized in the production of Baby Garlic (“ajetes” in Spanish).After a decade of experience we are the leader company in the Spring Green  Garlic production. We produce more than 10% of the total Spanish production. 
We are a GLOBALGAP certified company and we also produce dry purple and white garlic as well as mushrooms, boletus, saffron and saffron bulbs. 
As we are solar energy producer, new renewable energies are key part of the company policy.
